Our Policies

After an order has been submitted, a page will be displayed confirming that the order was received. An email confirming receipt of the order will also be sent after the order is submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at (410) 259-1056 or via email at dolg9@comcast.net for assistance. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. excluding major holidays). Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. All orders are subject to authorization.

South Beach Style will accept returns for products purchased on the e-store within 14 days of receipt of the product. Products purchased on the e-store cannot be returned to a salon that sells South Beach Style products. If a product purchased on the e-store is defective, please contact us by phone at (410) 259-1056 or via email at dolg9@comcast.net within 14 days of receipt of the product.
